JUST SOLD | 1101 Waverly Road 🤍
The end of an era.
All home sales are special, but this one holds a very special place in my heart.
1101 Waverly was the first place Jordan and I really called home together after years of apartment & rental living. It’s where we lived when Winston joined our family. It’s where we brought Jackson home. And it’s where so many of our first memories as a little family were made.
I can still remember walking circles around the park with Jackson in his stroller during witching hour, desperately trying to get him to settle down. 😂 The four of us — Jordan, Jackson, Winston and me — taking our morning walks along the river and down Las Olas almost every single day. So many ordinary little moments that, looking back, really weren’t ordinary at all.
When I listed the home for sale, I received calls from former renters, past neighbors and people who had their own history with this house. And everyone seemed to say some version of the same thing:
There’s just something special about that home.
And there really is.
It’s bittersweet to officially close this chapter, but we're so happy to pass 1101 Waverly on to its new owners. I hope they love this home as much as we did and fill it with their own years of laughter, milestones, morning walks and really great memories.
