One chapter ends as the next begins! I'm not quitting!
The cake says it all... This is a picture on the day of the last closing, a bittersweet day for The Property Shop LLC!
Although, the shop is closed on Main Street, I haven't given up on Real Estate at all.! I am now working at LLRG Real Estate in Horner as an Associate Broker with Kate Garton as Broker. (Beside the McFly Outdoors, old Myers Carpet building)
This change is going to bring fresh opportunities for me to assist you either as a seller or a buyer.
I opened my office in 2009 with fellow Realtor and good friend Sharon Linger by my side. And within those nearly 15 years have worked with several agents at the office, met so many nice people, helped many young buyers, assisted the empty nesters in selling, investors and flippers, and proud to work with military in making their dreams come true as well. I received my Certified Negotiator Certificate among other designations, and it has helped so much. TPS has had 974 closings in that time either with buyers or sellers and I am so humbled and grateful.
