We were not the winning offer for this home.

Our clients loved this house so they submitted an offer, even though it was already under contract. They knew they would be a back-up but circumstances can change so we submitted the offer anyway and continued showing them other homes. A full month later, the listing agent called - the first buyers had just backed out, were our clients still interested? Heck yeah!

We closed yesterday and everyone is happy - our clients are thrilled with their new home and the sellers were happy they didn't have to put the home back on the market and lose more time. Win-Win!

As the saying goes, it ain't over, till it's over. On to the next one!
