Classes will be held in our classroom on Saturdays from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm AND 1:15 – 5:00 pm but if all day is too much, you can do a hybrid. Some in person classes and some through Zoom.

I will be teaching an in-person class at CT State - Norwalk (formerly Norwalk Community College) on Friday Feb 23rd from 9:00 am - noon on Vacation Homes/2nd homes which will also cover Short Term vs, Long Term rentals and more! It is open to everyone, but if you have a real estate license it counts as a 3 hour elective for CE.
