This closing is bittersweet. ❤️

We poured so much time, effort, and love into getting this magical house ready for market and, ultimately, ready for its next stewards.

Our clients called this riverfront property home for more than 30 years, and so much love, laughter, and cherished memories took place within these walls. It was truly an honor to help guide this special home into its next chapter.

The best part of this transaction was getting to know the owner, who at 94 has enjoyed more than three decades of a beautiful life at this storybook property. She is truly amazing, and meeting her has been one of the most special parts of this experience.
