We have first-mover advantage with these dedicated spaces, outfitted with top-tier professional video and audio equipment to shoot content on your own device, and to be able to quickly post to social media channels or send to your SOI. The studios will be easily accessible, 24/7, to explore, experiment and refine your video techniques.

Video is the new medium of choice for our customer base and especially the coveted millennial demographic. Data shows that video gets more engagement and more exposure on social media and in online marketing than static posts or communications alone. We are making this investment in order to give you the opportunity to create the best and most effective content in the marketplace, advancing your personal brand and positioning you for success. Think of video as another layer of your marketing - another tool in your toolkit - in addition to the tried-and-true direct mail marketing and face-to-face, in-person prospecting. You have built an incredible foundation, and now Studio One provides the opportunity to level up your communications so you can stand out among the rest.

We have some more good news this week: RIS Media named us the 8th largest brokerage in the U.S. for sales volume in 2021! Congratulations to all of you for your unwavering hard work and dedication!

We are excited to reunite next week at Mohegan Sun for our first energy-infused Convention in two years! We have so much in store for you. Personally, I look forward to addressing the general session about our vision for the future. Our company has a one-of-a-kind culture with our agents at the center of our business model. In this business, you need to have passion and patience, and I see you put that into practice every day. It's been a record-breaking two years. So, where do we go from here? After founding this company 48 years ago, I have found one thing for certain: the market is always changing and we have to change with it. That is why our innovation and ability to pivot are invaluable. We believe wholeheartedly in teamwork and helping each other. We are different from our Wall Street competitors in that way: we are not about the financial bottom line. The tech reporter for Inman just reviewed our Next Level Raveis.com and RAMP, which he called "a valuable tool" and "an in-house winner." He wrote: "There is certainly an elegant integration to it all, providing exactly what the majority of agents ask for and know how to use." Of note, we will be branding the new dashboard and its capabilities externally as RaveisIQ. Stay tuned for more on that!
