A special closing today! About 2 months ago I was changing a toilet in one of my units, as I stepped back outside to grab the new toilet from the truck, I notice a for sale sign on the vacant house across the street! I immediately called, had an offer over within the hour and boom, I had found my sister and their first 2 family home! Timing is everything!! It’s incredible to be the neighbor of one of my properties, and an even bigger opportunity to help my family be able to get started in house hacking in our home town. Congratulations to my buyers and sellers! My buyers and I have been searching for a multi in Newport for months with no luck, we all know how difficult that market is.
