This one feels GOOD to finally say.
This transaction had its fair share of ups and downs, twists, turns, repairs, negotiations, and last-minute hurdles. There were a few times when another obstacle popped up and I thought, “Alright… what do we have to do now?” 😂
But I wasn't letting this one get stopped.
When a few repairs needed to be made, I rolled up my sleeves and handled them with my own two hands, and even some of my own money. When the lender needed a guardrail to get us across the finish line, I grabbed the materials and built the dang guardrail myself. 🔨😂
Sometimes being a Realtor means a whole lot more than putting a sign in the yard and filling out paperwork. Sometimes it means doing whatever you reasonably can to solve problems, keep everyone moving forward, and get to that closing table.
And today, WE CLOSED. 🙌

🏡 Happy Closing Day to Casey & Danielle Funk! 🔑

This one feels a little extra special.

Just over a month ago, I had the privilege of sitting at the closing table with Casey and Danielle as they purchased their new home and opened an exciting new chapter for their family.

Today, we sat down again, this time to close the chapter on their former home. ❤️

Through buying, selling, moving, and everything that comes with doing both at nearly the same time, they trusted me to help guide them through the entire process. I can't tell you how much that trust means to me.

But this relationship goes back well before real estate.

Danielle is a preschool teacher at Pinecrest Elementary here in Georgetown, and over the past six years, she's had the opportunity to teach two of my children. We've known firsthand for years just how patient, caring, and wonderful she is with the kids in our community. So getting the opportunity to return that trust and help her and Casey through such a big transition in their lives meant a little more to me personally.

One month. Two closings. One chapter opened and another officially closed.

Congratulations, Casey and Danielle! Thank you for trusting me with both sides of this journey. I'm incredibly thankful that I got to be a part of it, and I wish your family nothing but happiness and great memories in your new home. 🏡❤️

A huge congratulations to Patrick and Chelsea on their new home!
This one means a little more to me because these two aren't just clients, they're friends. Patrick has also been right beside me on the football field all season, helping coach our kids, so getting to be part of this chapter for their family was pretty damn special.
From beginning to end, Patrick and Chelsea were an absolute pleasure to work with. They trusted me, trusted the process, and rolled with it even when we hit a few unnecessary bumps along the way. 😅 We kept pushing, worked through everything that came at us, and today they got the keys!
Thank you both for trusting me to represent you through such a big decision. I don't take that trust lightly, especially when it comes from people I consider friends.
