🏡 Congratulations to Ryan & Sadie on Their New Home! 🏡
After a few unexpected hurdles and delays along the way, today was finally the day, we got it to the closing table!
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and I'm grateful that Ryan and Sadie trusted me to help guide them through the process. Their patience, persistence, and positive attitude throughout the transaction never wavered, even when things didn't go exactly according to plan.
Today, they received the keys to their new home and can finally begin this exciting new chapter. 🔑

New on the Market

Tonight, the Priority 1 Rookie Boys got their first win of the season.
And honestly… it meant a little more because of who it came against. Earlier this season, we lost to this same team in a game where one of our boys suffered a broken thumb that ended his season. That was a tough night for everyone.
Tonight felt different.
The boys battled all game long. It was tied 1-1 for what felt like forever. Bottom of the 5th, they scratched another run across and took the lead 2-1. But these kids didn’t fold.
Top of the 6th, our bats caught fire. Hit after hit, energy in the dugout, kids believing in themselves, and suddenly we put up FOUR runs to take a 5-2 lead.
They answered with one more run, but our boys closed it out and earned a hard-fought 5-3 victory.
Couldn’t be more proud of this group. They’ve taken their lumps this year, but they keep showing up, keep learning, and tonight they saw what happens when hard work and belief finally come together.
First win in the books for Priority 1.
And I promise you, these boys earned every bit of it. ⚾

Closing day for my good friends Lindsay and Chesli Nigra. I’m grateful they trusted me to help guide them through the process of selling a home that has been in their family for generations. I know this couldn’t have been an easy decision, and I truly appreciate the faith they placed in me to help get it done.

Moments like this are about so much more than just real estate. Thank you both again for your trust, and congratulations on closing this chapter and beginning the next.
