First and foremost, I am incredibly grateful to these wonderful sellers for trusting us with the sale of their extraordinary home. Even more special was the fact that they came to us through a referral from a client who means so much to us. This was truly one of the most remarkable homes we've had the privilege to represent in Medfield. From the moment you arrived, the property offered a level of elegance, craftsmanship, and privacy that is rarely found. The resort-style backyard felt like a private retreat, complete with a stunning heated saltwater pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, stone fireplace, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The home itself blended sophistication and warmth, with soaring ceilings, incredible natural light, custom millwork, and thoughtfully designed living spaces throughout. The property was set on more than three acres within The Preserve and featured over 6,000 square feet of living space.

One of my favorite spaces was the primary suite. The custom cabinetry, beautiful finishes, and spa-like design perfectly reflected the quality and attention to detail found throughout the entire home. It was luxurious without feeling overdone—a true owner's retreat. The home's rich cabinetry and craftsmanship were a defining feature, creating a sense of timeless elegance in every room.

MAY STATS!

Medfield recorded 10 single-family home sales in May, down 9% from April. 16 new listings came to market, providing buyers with more options heading into the summer season. The average sale price was $1,221,900, a slight 3% decrease from April but still 3% higher than May of last year. Overall, Medfield continues to demonstrate strong home values and healthy buyer activity.

Westwood

Westwood experienced a notable increase in activity, with 12 homes sold in May, up 33% from April. 18 new listings entered the market. The average sale price was $1,237,417, down 8% from April and 3% below last year's average, suggesting a normalization of pricing after several months of elevated values.
