Congratulations to my Rocky Hill Buyers who closed on this 3 bedroom ranch last Thursday. They started work on Day 1 and are well on there way to making this their forever dream home. I can’t wait to see it when renovations are complete! Special shout-out to our Rock Star Mortgage Officer, Russell Baboff, who got this foreclosure property to the closing table in lightning speed … 23 days!! Reposted to change photo … Yesterday was such a bittersweet day as I said my final goodbye to my childhood home. Had a lovely evening there a few days earlier reminiscing with friends that go back to second grade when we moved there! I have met the buyers, and my family and I are very excited for them to take the reins and make their own memories to cherish! The home is in good hands, and I look forward to returning as a guest some day. Special shout out to the buyer’s agent, Fabian Pallasco. He was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond helping me move a few items. ❤️ ❤️
