Honestly? There isnā€™t one answer for everyone.

The market matters, of course BUT so does your own financial situation, your plans, your income, and whether buying actually makes sense for your life right now.

You donā€™t have to rush because someone says ā€œprices are going up,ā€ and you donā€™t have to wait just because someone says ā€œthe market isnā€™t perfect.ā€

Nobody tells you that owning a house is basically just having a never-ending list of things you could change, fix, clean, decorate, or buy.
