Enjoying a slow morning on the porch with my coffee reflecting on my week ☕️

Realizing how blessed I am. A dear client of mine has early onset of Alzheimer’s and his wife is navigating the sale of their house to get closer to family.

Yesterday was the inspection and she wasn’t going to be home in time to get him out of the house before it started. She asked me to help…yes me and I was so honored. I had the opportunity to sit with him so he wasn’t alone outside of the house until she could get to us.

People said to me, “You are so nice to do that. It’s not part of your job.” It’s not nice, it’s the right thing to do. My job isn’t to only sell your house, it’s to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. I truly care about my clients and my commitment to them.

When I left another previous client called me and asked if I have time to meet her for dinner this week. That conversation gave me the reassurance that what I do for a living is not just transactional it’s relationships that last far beyond the sale.

So to all my clients…current, previous and those of you I haven’met yet. ThAnK YOU for being a friend ❤️
