Buying a home has so many advantages vs. renting.

1. You don’t have to throw money away each month on rent, while instead you can invest and gain future equity!
2. ROI - they market fluctuates constantly, but in 5 years, your home with gain more equity, therefore will give you a return on your investment if you decide to sell.
3. Larger space, a yard, a sense of community with neighbors!

Everyone’s situation is different, but you could be savings money in the long run by buying vs. renting.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been on here, and I wanted to reintroduce myself, the new and improved Rachel Graham! 🩷

New name, new look, same great service!🔑

I recently got married, so hence the name change! I also decided to rebrand myself. I’ve been in real estate now for 4 years, so it was time for a facelift.

Some facts about me:

1. I have a 4 y/o Calico cat named Cleo 🐾
2. I got my Bachelors degree from Kent State University 💛💙
3. I got married in August, 2024 and loved every second of wedding planning (another business adventure maybe?) 💍
4. I always wanted to be a real estate agent, and took the leap 4 years ago to pursue this career! 📚
