I always tell my clients that I move at their pace, and from the beginning, we talked through timing, strategy, market conditions, and what the process could look like when the time was right.

Once they were ready, we put our plan into motion. We focused on getting the property properly prepared, positioning it strategically, and analyzing the market to understand how much competition we would be up against. By timing the launch carefully, we were able to avoid competing with too many similar homes and ultimately achieved over $10,000 above list price.
