🎉 Congratulations to my clients, Haim and Megan!

🔍 Leading up to today, we spent months together searching online, touring homes, putting in VERY strong offers, and still continually losing in multiple offer situations

😮‍💨 The competition in the multiple offer situations this Spring was absolutely brutal, exhausting, and at times, discouraging.

🚂 Despite all that, we kept getting back out there and they kept on going.

💎 Then all of the sudden, this beautiful home popped up, we saw it, they loved it, and they got their offer accepted!

🏡 Now today, their perseverance and hard work paid off and they closed on their new home and get to start the next chapter of their lives together. I’m so happy for them!
