What's Next Realty was founded by Angie and Dom on March 11, 2019, and the two have owned and run the brokerage together ever since. Angie has been in real estate since 2006, and Dom joined her full time after spending nineteen years building and owning his own telecommunications company. What's Next Realty was built around a simple idea: real estate should feel personal, not transactional. What's Next Realty knows all of them. Angie has closed 200+ creative finance transactions, including novations, subject to deals, wrap mortgages, seller finance, short sales, and probate sales, and every agent on this team has mastered those same strategies. That means when a traditional listing hits a wall, whether it's a title issue, a payoff that doesn't pencil, a seller who needs flexibility, or a property the market doesn't know how to value, What's Next Realty already knows the way through it. Sellers work with us because we can get a deal done in more ways than any other brokerage in the area, and we structure every one of them to protect the seller's bottom line. Angie and Dom work as a true partnership, both in business and in life, and that shows in how they treat clients. Dylan Eggers and Austin Vos round out the What's Next Realty sales team, and their path here is exactly why they're so good at what they do. Both started as wholesalers, learning creative finance from the ground up, structuring novations, subject to deals, and seller finance before they ever held a real estate license. Once they earned their licenses, they brought that same creative finance skill set into traditional sales, and now they're killing it on both sides of the business, wholesaling deals that need a creative exit and listing and selling homes the traditional way.
