ecommunications industry, where customer care wasn't a slogan, it was the job. I bring that same discipline to every transaction: clear communication, honest advice, and a client who always feels like the top priority. I work with first-time buyers, move-up and lateral buyers, empty nesters, and clients relocating to the area. As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I focus on smart pricing and negotiating favorable terms, whether you're buying or selling. A little about me: I was born and raised in Southern California and hold a BS in Information and Operations Management with a minor in International Marketing from USC. I've proudly called Illinois home since 1998. Outside of real estate, I volunteer, play volleyball, run, and bike the suburban trails. My wife, Amy, and I cheer on our daughter with Wheaton United SC and share our West Chicago home with our two cats, Jack and Stacy.
