This year I landed in the top 1% of Realtors in Chicagoland, and I don’t take that lightly for a second. In a market that has challenged even the best of us, this milestone feels less like a number and more like a reflection of trust.

To my clients — thank you for choosing me to guide you through one of the biggest financial (and emotional) decisions of your lives. Thank you for the referrals, the late-night texts, the spirited conversations, and the confidence you place in me again and again.

💥 The annual awards have come out again today and I am thrilled to share that I once again was in the top 1% for sales volume. 💥

I feel incredibly grateful to all of my amazing clients who have trusted me to guide them through the process of buying or selling their homes. People are always shocked to hear that I don’t spend any money marketing myself. This is all because I have the best clients who always become friends and in turn refer me to their other lovely friends. You are all the reason I can say that I truly LOVE my job and I know I am extremely lucky to be able to say that.

I am also proud that I have been able to accomplish this while also being present for my family. With three kids, there is always something going on and this career allows me the flexibility to really show up for them in the ways I had always hoped and dreamed I would be able to. Don’t get me wrong, I work hard and many hours so I would be remiss if I didn’t thank my incredible hubby Ian Robins for all he does for our family. He is the best Dad and my number one supporter!

And last but not least, a very special thank you to the two amazing agents and in my office who help me provide the best service around! I couldn’t do it without you guys!

2024 was quite the year of highs and lows. There were some low lows including losing my Uncle Dave and Maisy and Tyler having surgery (they are both fine ❤️). Yet, through it all, I still feel an immense sense of gratitude for the year. I have an incredible family, from my kids, to my rock of a husband, to my extended family who I’m extremely close with. I have the most incredible friends that are my everything. Particularly this year, I leaned into some very important ladies in my life and went on a few weekend getaways that rejuvenated my soul and restored my faith in humanity. I have the absolute best clients and I mean it. I had so many fun clients this year, it’s makes me just love my job so much. With their support, I was able to complete over $17.5 million in sales. The year flew by and I can’t help but just feel grateful as I reflect on this past year and look to the future. Thank you to all my people ❤️

Girl was posing for us in every room and cracking us up so we had to give her the professional stage for one shot. You could land an opportunity to meet this legend at our open houses this weekend! Changes ahead for buyers and sellers! But how will this affect YOU? The NAR recently settled a case and as part of the settlement, starting in mid July, buyers agent commissions will no longer be able to be advertised on the MLS and any agent working with a buyer will need to sign a buyer agency agreement.
So, what does this mean for Rothman Real Estate? We have always prided ourselves ln being transparent with our clients and providing the best service possible. So we welcome this change and always support more transparency in our industry. Giving buyers and sellers more power to choose in any transaction will certainly amplify the best agents in the business!
On a personal note, I love working with buyers and sellers and am very proud of what I provide to my clients. I literally grew up in the real estate business as a 3rd generation realtor and have been in the business officially for almost 14 years. I have a Masters in Real Estate, flipped countless houses, sold hundreds and hundreds of houses and worked with so many amazing clients. I know what sells a house, what makes a house hard for resale, what major issues are in houses and what they look like. I regularly talk buyer clients out of houses that I either see major repair issues with or re-sale issues. On top of that, negotiations are my forte and I know how to push for the best price and win in multiple offers. Especially in competitive markets like we are currently experiencing, knowledge and connections are key. The value a great broker can provide to you, far outweighs the fee. I am lucky to work in an industry I love with the best clients in the world. Thank you all for your continued support!

🔥 🔥 🔥 I finally reached my goal to be in the top 1% for sales volume. In general, the only goal I set for myself is to do the best for my clients with the deals I am presented with. But, since my start almost 14 years ago, and especially since starting a family almost 7 years ago, I have been committed to achieving my goal of being in the top 1% and proving that I can do it while still being present for my family, available to my friends, playing my racquet sports and giving back to my community. This career has afforded me the opportunity to never miss the important moments at home and also create a successful business that I am so proud of. I am truly blessed beyond measure to have the most incredible clients who trust me to guide them through their real estate transactions. I feel intensely grateful to have the privilege of loving what I do every day. Thank you so much to my amazing family, friends and clients who have helped me achieve this goal!
