Remember when OAK CABINETS were in every single kitchen?

And then we all collectively decided EVERYTHING had to be gray? (Millennial gray, we’re looking at you.)

Trends come. Trends go.

And if you’ve walked through as many homes as we have… you start to see the cycle.
Right now? Buyers are swooning over:
