This afternoon I spent some time at Elevate Care South Holland and wanted to share some information about this important community resource.

Unlike many senior living communities, Elevate Care South Holland focuses on rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. They also offer respiratory care and memory care support for individuals who require a higher level of care or are recovering after a hospital stay.

During my visit, I met with Travis from admissions, Kia from social services, and Executive Director John. It was helpful to see firsthand how facilities like this fit into the continuum of care available to older adults and their families.

Kia also shared information about their upcoming Family Day event, and we discussed the possibility of providing information and resources for families as they navigate future housing decisions.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I believe it's important to understand the many resources available throughout our community, as every family's situation and needs are unique.

Another wonderful community visit this morning!

Today I had the pleasure of touring Sunrise of Olympia Fields and meeting Katie, who made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I'm truly enjoying these visits and gaining a deeper understanding of the many housing, lifestyle, and support options available to older adults and their families.

Every community is unique, and it's helpful to see firsthand the services, amenities, and care available to residents. These visits allow me to build relationships with local professionals and stay informed about resources that may be helpful to the homeowners and families I serve.
