Real estate really is a rollercoaster of a job 🤣🎢

Personally, I struggle with comparing myself to others. Though I’m genuinely happy for other agents’ success, sometimes I feel behind or like I’m “doing a terrible job.” It’s hard for me to remember that sometimes slow and steady wins the race. Everyone always says the first year is the hardest, and it is. I’ve hit walls of discouragement a few times and told myself I should give up more times than I would like to admit, but really I just need to give myself some grace.

Just two days ago I was ready to throw in the towel, but today things seemed to be brighter. I’m thankful for an awesome broker, clients, and family and friends who encourage me even when it feels impossible.

As of now, my license is still ✨active✨ so let’s get to selling and buying, shall we?
