Hey Wheeling friends, so here's a fun story. If you know me, then you know I love estate sales. Especially the OLD Wheeling houses- like late 1800-early 1900's. Last Fall I went to a great sale. It was a beautiful old Victorian home from 1880's from a prominent Wheeling family. As I looked around the basement I found 7 windows tucked away against a wall. A piece of notebook paper attached said "Beveled glass doors from the Good Mansion on National Road." Intrigued I bought them, stored them away and honestly forgot about them! So I am posting them for for sale but mostly for fun. Someone who wants to research this- I am guessing the house was "out the Pike" on National Rd. possibly by where the Welty home/Georgtown/Easter Seals area?? They are in very good condition and will be a fun project for someone. Feel free to reach out with questions. If any of my friends that live outside of Wheeling want to buy them- send me a message, I need a road trip! Cheers!
