New mono stringer staircase for Sinners steakhouse in Kenilworth. 8 inch square tube stringer with 6 inch square landing. Everything custom hand fabricated to perfection for this specific application. All exposed steel was polished and will be kept that way for aesthetic. Next will be 3 inch red oak tread installed for each mounting plate and landing.

Some before and afters of a large project in Flemmington. This back yard went through a dramatic change over the summer. We started with digging the pool/utilities and drainage. 200 foot of wall block installed to make two teared walls that wrap the pool area. A complete structural foundation had to be made for our pool house which has full power/electric. Natural stone from for our coping and pool deck. Two part epoxy joints installed on our stone work and a river bed border wraps the patio. Landscaping to come

Here are some before and afters from a project in Princeton. New Infinity edge pool with porcelain deck and pergola all wrapped with glass railings. Techobloc graphix wall holding the patio system and stairs together giving it a unique look. Around 4000 sq foot of patio space with large formats techo bloc pavers give plenty of space for entertaining. Patio has inlaid lighting and walls are all lit with under tred lighting. Full drainage system with pumps to keep everything dry. Custom overflow drainage system for the Infiniti edge pool with full electric and gas install for potential outdoor kitchen.
