I do some light carpentry work here and there... for Swallowtail Caterpillars. Just wrapped up this spacious 7-Log Home with 1/4 inch - 23 Gauge Wire Mesh Roofing and luscious Parsley, Dill, and Sunflower landscaping. Already have multiple (8) interested parties.

I'm also dual licensed in MN/WI with Coldwell Banker Realty White Bear Lake helping people buy and sell homes.

It's been a while since I plugged the fact that I'm an active Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty White Bear Lake. So with that said...

🎉🥳CONGRATULATIONS to my client (and baby brother) Dillon!!🥳🎉

Ever since Fall of 2019, when I left my corporate job for my real estate career, I have been harping on Dill to buy a house. A bit over four and a half years later, we locked in Dillon's deal on Mother's Day (2024), and he closed on it towards the end of July while traveling in Europe.

It's a proud moment, I'm happy for him and extremely happy to have him closer, as opposed to the half-hour drive and busy street parking of Uptown.

Dillon, enjoy your lovely new home and not paying someone else's mortgage for them!
