A huge congratulations to my amazing first-time home buyer clients on closing on their home today! 🎉🏡

What a journey this has been. My clients came to me about 6 months ago needing a home ASAP. We first searched for a mobile home, but after careful consideration, they decided a traditional home would be a better fit.

As first-time, first-generation home buyers, they also applied for the Ramsey County Homebuyer Assistance Program and were approved in April. After nearly two months of searching, we found the one—a home that checked most of their boxes and fit their needs.

I am so happy for my clients as they begin this exciting new chapter, especially with their newest bundle of joy arriving soon. ❤️
