Very interesting article. We all recognize 2021 was a fantastic year to purchase a home and lock in on historically low rates! If you are debating, or still looking to buy a 1st, or a 2nd home in Florida, Arizona, Minnesota or Wisconsin lakes area, 2022 would still be the best choice in the next handful of years. Industry experts are predicting somewhere in the 5.0% range by end of 2022! We are still hoovering in the 3.5% to 3.75% range right now!
