Every story has a beginning, and this is ours.
Looking back, I can see that this story was never really mine. It has always been God’s.
He gave me parents who loved East Tennessee and taught me to love its people. My dad, Earl Cruze, was a Realtor and auctioneer, and some of my earliest memories are listening to conversations my Mom & Dad had about farms, land and families.
Years later, after graduating from the University of Tennessee, marrying Justin, and beginning my career with HGTV, my father in law, Tim Vineyard, encouraged me to get my real estate license. He and Donna believed in me enough to help me take that first step.
For the past 21 years, God has allowed me to raise our five sons while helping hundreds of families put down roots across East Tennessee. Along the way, He surrounded me with incredible clients, lifelong friends, and mentors who invested in me, including Fred and Mark at Southern Homes & Farms. I will always be grateful.
Over the past year, the Lord began leading our family into a new season.
Vineyard Realty is simply an extension of the values He has been growing in our family for years. Faith. Integrity. Hospitality. Stewardship. Loving people well.
One of the sweetest parts of this new chapter is serving alongside our son, Jack, as he begins his own real estate career.
