Congratulations to my client, selling his condo for the highest price of any unit in the building, ever.
Overpricing is usually the greatest sin in real estate, but on rare occasion, one ought to be bold. In this case, the rarity of this unit’s incredible terrace, and the fact that the only two units with such a terrace hadn’t sold for ~20 years called for looking past what one might otherwise more conservatively project, based on other sales in the building.
Paired with some creative marketing and elbow grease on the process, we were able to achieve a great result.
