Me and my team are looking for a COMMITTED real estate driver to help our team find more distressed buildings. You will be a BIG part of a GROWING team and just maybe this could lead to other opportunities. We are looking for "winners" and people willing to do whatever it takes.

The role: Drive for distressed apartment buildings and take photos using our software program.

Salary: $10 per hour PLUS bonuses for every single building you take a photo of

Someone who is passionate, experienced and wants to grow with a growing company. We are only looking for one person in this position. They must have the following requirements
-2+ years real estate cold calling experience
-Appointment setting experience
-3+ years living in the US
-NO ACCENT or VERY light
-Preferably an outbatch (someone who used to live in US and move out of county)
-Computer, whatsapp,
-Ability to work Monday-Saturday
This position will entail cold calling motivated sellers and setting up appointments for us to purchase homes. You will have scripts and use the scripts as a structure to qualify.
