I can equate the experience of being a real estate agent to a wild roller coaster ride on a daily basis but I LOVE it and wouldn’t dream of any other career! My prior experience as a property manager has given me the necessary skills to effectively communicate, get results, solve problems, multitask, negotiate, and calm storms. From a client that needs to find a new rental in one week, to a seller who is having an emotional breakdown, to a buyer who just found the perfect home and was out-bidded, no matter type of situation, I will do my best to find a solution. I will do everything I can to make the entire process as stress-free as possible. I will never pressure you to do anything you are not comfortable with. I want to build long-lasting relationships with my clients. Buying a home is the biggest purchase you will make in your life. It can be scary, exhilarating, nerve-wracking, and fulfilling all at the same time. Selling a home can be a very emotional experience. Leaving a place where you created so many wonderful memories with family and friends can be difficult to do. I am not your typical salesperson. I am a problem-solving, ethical, results-driven, obsessive list-maker who plays the role of part-time therapist and a former girl scout who loves her dog, camping, the beach, and outdoor life.
