What you see: an iconic home, one with immense presence and curb appeal, gorgeous mature rhododendrons in a pastoral setting, beckoning you to come into a warm and welcoming abode.

What you dont see: the repeated efforts to fend off other offers, stronger offers, headwinds that were out of our control and sent us sideways instead of forward, the stress, the complexity and the aggravation of the journey.

As I spent time this weekend helping my buyers pick up furniture (from other sellers getting rid of perfectly lovely items), I said to myself once again, Zach and Jaime were once strangers, they are now friends. This is a relationship that I hope continues for years.
