Do you think that the NY/CT market is still on fire?? Last two offers I submitted had multiple offers, one with 19 and the second one with 6,, Won the second but the first went well above asking,, what do you guys think?? With rates settle and inventory still scars, do you think we heading towards a repeat of 2022/23 early months?? I believe so, maybe not as bad but still,,, your thoughts???
