Median sale prices across the board continue to rise. Based on end-of-year data and early hints, we anticipated that we would start the year with at least some more inventory than in years past. However, our Northeast weather has not cooperated! Most people don’t want to sell their homes with a foot or more of snow on the ground, so it will take a little longer to achieve. We are also anticipating some further drops in interest rates to help buyers with affordability. All this points to a strong spring market - it’s coming!
