More than 50 people joined us on Tuesday for the Twin Pines Annual Meeting at Mountainvale Apartments!

Attendees heard updates on our accomplishments, finances, and future plans, and members elected new board members to help guide our work. The evening wrapped up with a casual reception and plenty of conversation.

📢 Reminder: The Twin Pines Annual Meeting is coming up.

Twin Pines members are invited to join us on Tuesday, June 9, at 4:00 p.m. in the conference room at Mountainvale Apartments, 102 Ballardvale Drive, White River Junction, VT.

A big thank you to the Dartmouth students who participated in this year's Social Impact Practicum! The students presented their research findings on Twin Pines' resident survey process, providing valuable insights and recommendations that will help inform our annual resident survey this fall.

Big things are happening at our Mellishwood Project in Woodstock! The framework is now mostly complete, and crews are getting ready to tackle the roof next. It’s exciting to see this new community taking shape one beam at a time!

Senator Jeanne Shaheen visited our Village at Crafts Hill yesterday to learn more about the community and the impact of affordable housing in the Upper Valley. Check out the WCAX news clip below!

Twin Pines is pleased to welcome Noel Sinozich as our new Chief Financial Officer! Noel brings experience as Director of Business Analysis and Development at STAT News and as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in West Rutland, VT. Fun fact: outside of work, Noel is a glassblower.

We’re also grateful to Beth Long for her many years of service as Twin Pines' CFO as she prepares for retirement in June.

Construction work on our new housing units at the Mellishwood project in Woodstock is progressing nicely. The spring weather is certainly helping keep things moving!

Big thanks to the American Heart Association for donating blood pressure kits for Twin Pines residents—now folks can check in on their health right at home.

These kits are currently available to residents at Riverwalk, Wentworth, Tracy Street, and Crafts Hill.

Exciting progress this week for Twin Pines Housing! A new modular home is being assembled in Woodstock as part of our homeownership program. Piece by piece, this house is coming together and will soon provide an affordable place for a family to call home.

We’ve been especially grateful that the winter weather has cooperated just long enough for our partners to get the sections in place!
