A huge, HUGE congrats to my sellers. Anyone who’s been navigating this market these past few months knows how crazy it has been. We got their home on the market pretty quickly during the buying frenzy and before you know it we had multiple offers (multiple above asking) within days and were quickly under contract. It was quite the ride but definitely a good one. A big thanks to my sellers for letting me represent them and help assist and navigate them through the selling process, I know the new owners will love this home just as much they did.
