July brought a little more breathing room for buyers - but this is still a market that’s moving.

Across Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha Counties, new listings and closed sales were up year over year, while homes continued to sell in about three weeks or less.

📍 Milwaukee County: Prices up (3%), closed sales up (5%), new listings up (19%)! Could this be a trend?
📍 Ozaukee County: Prices held steady at $499K, while closed sales jumped 33%.
📍 Washington County: A standout month, with prices up 15% and closed sales up 19%.
📍 Waukesha County: More inventory and sales, with the median price at $500K.

The takeaway? More homes are coming onto the market, buyers have a few more options, and well-priced homes are still moving quickly.
As always, the real story is a little more nuanced than “the market is up” or “the market is down.” It depends on where you are—and what you’re buying or selling.
