First Time Home BuyeršŸ’«
I checked in with these first time home buyers one month since they moved to Milwaukee from out of state. Life is good and hearing that they love their house confirms it was truly a success.

I met this family just one time for a quick tour of homes when they flew into MKE. From there, I continued to tour and send them detailed videos and advised with information from every perspective. They wanted a nice neighborhood near parks and not too far from their work. The budget was under $250,000 and they needed three bedrooms. In the competitive Milwaukee market that was a tall order to secure. I toured a home that showed promise on Memorial Day, wrote the offer, and we got it accepted. My clients didnā€™t see the house until the final walk through the day before closing when they arrived in town. Thankfully there were smiles and excitement but how would it be after they settled in? I feel a bit like a match maker when I help people buy a home this way. Their update is a big part of why I love my job so much. šŸ„‚

There were many recommended items to check off our list prior to listing and I welcomed the opportunity to oversee and execute all of their decisions to ease the burden. It can be stressful for clients to sell a family memberā€™s property, especially when there are multiple people involved scattered across different states.
