SOLD! What a whirlwind of emotions this closing was! Although the transaction was as smooth as can be, buying or selling a home can be for many reasons, good or bad. I do believe things happen for a reason and I think this buyer was meant to find this house. Both buyer and seller got to meet each other at closing and were practically in tears as they hugged goodbye. This is why I love what I do.
