📖 Story Time for Cassie and Tony

Congratulations to Cassie & Tony who just sold their first home in Milwaukee! In order to buy their new home, we needed to ensure the successful sale of their current home first. So we got to work finding them a great off-market house in Greenfield that was happy to accommodate our home sale contingency. We were then able to quickly secure an offer on their home and closed on both properties the same day. An exciting finish to a fun real estate journey!

🏡 Officially Sold! This Polish Flat in Cudahy was in the same family for over 60 years and was the first property they bought when they moved here from Italy. Generations of family members have lived in this home. Now it's time for the next owner to breathe new life and allow it to be a home for families for another 60 years. Always grateful for the people I am referred to, allowing me to play a role in their journey of buying or selling real estate 🥰
