🎊Congratulations to the buyers on the purchase of this Grafton Condo. Life all in on one floor will be a convenient change.

The time to downsize is when you feel ready. These buyers had a beautiful home to sell. The days of a home sale contingency are long gone. As we are in a low inventory market in Ozaukee County.

They utilized a great tool. A Heloc Loan can act as cash when you are buying your next home. You get a loan based on the equity in your current house.

This condo complex is in a great location and has a good amount of space for their life and their sweet dog.

🤔Thursday Thoughts for first time homebuyers .

When you apply for a mortgage the underwriter checks many things . They verify income and they look at credit balances . IE : car payment , credit card payments then what your monthly mortgage , insurance and taxes will be.

That is your debt to income ratio. So opening new cards at making large purchases can change you ratio.

Full disclaimer we only look at the clusters for storage space. We check the kitchen cabinets to see if they are soft close. We occasionally run the sink to check water pressure. We always go in the basement and garage.

😎IYKYK MILWAUKEE SUMMERTIME is Magical. We come alive after the cold winter and the thaw. Rooftops patios, lake front festivals, street festivals or walking in Bradford Beach. No other city does Summer better.

There are so many neighboring communities with festivals and special weekend events. And do not forget the Many Beer Gardens🍻
