Since 2010 I've been personally involved in a number of different real estate ventures in both Wisconsin and South Florida. These "projects", as I like to refer to them as, include new construction of custom multi-million dollar homes, rehab and renovations, and subdivision development. While these real estate projects were a large focus of my time, I also worked in the corporate world focusing on

investment product offerings and strategic partnerships. In early 2017, I made the decision to focus on real estate full-time and work in the field I truly enjoy. As a full-time real estate agent, with a background in investments and a variety of real estate endeavors, I bring a solid foundation and educated approach when working with clients. My primary goal is to help and educate my clients, while providing value. GRATEFUL. The word that keeps coming to mind today...and for so so many reasons.

And one reason is being recognized as one of the Top 500 real estate agents in the greater Milwaukee area. A milestone I don’t take lightly. After 8 years in this business, I know this doesn’t happen without hard work and long days. It means showing up when it matters—working nights, weekends, vacations, and whenever a client needs me, and building strong relationships along the way.

So, don’t be afraid of today’s mortgage rates. Because if you’re ready, this might just be your chance to make your move before the market wakes up again.

Some more homeowners are finally making their move, even if it means giving up that 3% mortgage.

Data from the FHFA shows the share of homeowners with rates under 3% is shrinking slightly, while more are taking on rates above 6%. Sure, some of the people with rates above 6% are first-time buyers, but others are people just like you who decided to move anyways.

Why? Because life doesn’t wait for perfect timing.
Families grow, jobs change, priorities shift, and a house that once fit perfectly may not fit at all anymore.

And with mortgage rates easing from earlier highs and forecast to dip slightly more in 2026, moving is becoming a little easier again.

If you’ve been holding off, maybe it’s time to ask: Is your low rate worth staying somewhere that no longer fits your life?

My Background

Even before real estate became my full-time profession, it consumed much of my time—but always in a good way that led me back for more. It took me several years before I realized “my calling”, and have never looked back since! In early 2017, I made the decision to focus on real estate full time and dedicate my focus to what I truly enjoy; real estate and helping people.

Over the past 10 years, I've been both personally and professionally involved in a variety of real estate ventures in both Southeast Wisconsin, as well as South Florida. These "projects" as I like to refer to them, include new construction of custom luxury homes, rehab and renovations, investment properties, land development, and even 5 minutes of fame on HGTV!

My background, prior to real estate, was in investment products and strategic partnerships. With a background in investments, and a varied portfolio of real estate endeavors, I bring a solid foundation and educated-approach when working with clients. My primary goal is to help educate my clients, while providing value. I don't count my success by the number of sales or commission earned, but rather by the level of satisfaction from clients I have had the opportunity to work with.
