er is the relationship that develops with her clients. Gail grew up in New Jersey where she was 1st introduced to real estate through a family business. In her twenties she relocated to Shorewood Wisconsin to start a family, and shortly after started her career in real estate. She is involved in the community with the Shorewood Business Group and her church. She loves attending the theater and in those rare times when she has a moment to herself, she loves to garden. Gail met Brett as client in 2012 and hit it off so well that they decided to become a team and pool their talents to offer unbeatable service to the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Brett is originally from Kieler, Wisconsin and moved to Milwaukee in 2007. He has a marketing degree from University of Wisconsin Platteville, and worked in hospitality for ten years before partnering with Gail and joining Coldwell Banker. His focus is client/customer satisfaction and takes great pride in match making between home and home owner. Social media is a passion of his and he likes to tie-in social media into the sale of your home. He and his husband enjoy participating in fundraising events, and hosted the The Challenge Party, a LGBT fundraiser in 2014. They have also volunteered for Milwaukee Big Brother Big Sister program. Building up the community they live in is a big passion of theirs.
