🍎 A LITTLE APPRECIATION FOR AN AMAZING TEACHER 🍎
Teachers deserve to know just how much they’re appreciated.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of surprising Kristin Darr Vick , a kindergarten teacher at Lakeside Elementary, with a little something for her classroom. ❤️
This chair started as a fun project I took on in my spare time. I painted it black and added a little cow design 🐄—and as soon as it was finished, I knew it needed to find its way into a classroom.
Michaela Erickson put together a basket of school goodies to go along with it, and we had the sweetest time delivering everything to Kristin yesterday. She was so appreciative, and honestly, being able to give it to her was just as special for us.
Teachers pour so much into our children every single day. They teach, encourage, comfort, create, organize, and somehow manage a room full of little personalities—all while helping shape the next generation.
As a mom and as someone who is lucky enough to call this community home, I’m incredibly grateful for the teachers who show up for our kids every day.
So today, I want to give a special thank you to Kristin—and to all of the amazing teachers in our community.
