Every buyer has their own pace. I had been working with these clients for close to 2 years. We were just about to make an offer on a home that was close to $850k. I had just flown back into the valley and sat next to a gentleman that told me about a land listing that was near him and he knew everything about it. I went back into my emails and realized I had once sent that to my client, but they had passed on it. I convinced them to come on out and to take a look at it again. Needless to say, we closed at over half what they were originally looking at to where it gave them a leg up to start their own build. The reality is things had to come into play of the right location, right price, and the right time.
