Absolutely one of our favorite summer getaways, epitomizes blurring the lines between outdoor and indoor living. Did we mention it's right on ? Paddle boards and kayaks, and all things water are just steps away. The building envelope was safely pushed away from the lake to help protect those resources that all of our community get to share.

This is truly a unique remodel, but as we started work we realized that the house needed to be stabilized from slopside hazards. This boom on the concrete truck seems to have extended over 100 ft to help pour a retaining wall to help keep the soil and backyard in place. Stay tuned as we begin to work on the structure 😄
