To help keep our community safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all residents to follow our pet guidelines.

Dogs must always be on a leash when outside of your unit.
Pet owners must immediately pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
All pets must be registered with the office.
Pets are not permitted to use patios and balconies as bathroom areas.
Failure to clean up after your pet or repeated violations of these policies may result in enforcement action, including penalty fees, and removal of the pet from the premises.

If you have observed have ring camera footage or photos of these violations please share them with the Broadwood Office. We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep Broadwood a clean and respectful place to live for all residents and their pets.

Register at LuxerOne.com/register or download the LuxerOne app on the apple app store of from the Google play store.

Create your account at LuxerOne.com/register
Use your normal shipping address when shopping online. ( Building # and Apartment #/letter)
When your package is delivered, you'll get a notification with a one-time access code.
Using the Ipad just outside the package room, enter your code on the Luxer One touchscreen.
When the door unlocks, go in to pick up your package.
