POV: my Saturday mornings are booked solid for the next 6 weeks... by football season 🐯🏈

Waiting with my boys and today's extra special — watching my fierce little girl walk onto the field for her first year of tackle football. Nervous, excited, and so proud all at once. Best kind of busy.

Painting rocks with the little ones today 🎨🪨

Everyone talks about eat, sleep, breathe real estate 24/7 — and I get it, the hustle is real. But I'd rather take life slow, soak up these moments with my family, and build this business at a pace that still lets me show up for them. If you ever need help with a home, I'm always a call away. Billboards can wait — this can't.

First home game, even if it is preseason 🏈 Five years and countless 60-hour weeks, I'm finally learning that treating myself isn't optional — it's earned. Yesterday was a reminder of why I do this. To every client who's trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their life: this one's because of you. Thank you for building this dream with me. 💙"

In my busy season with a grateful heart 🙏🏡

Closed one today, straight into inspections for the next, and still got a showing on the books this afternoon. Yesterday was tamale-making day — the tradition never skips a closing. Blessed to be this busy.

Real talk from a final walkthrough today 🐭⚡

Always do that final walkthrough — you never know what you'll find. Today it was a strong smell that led us straight to a mouse caught in an outlet. A good reminder that even move-in ready homes deserve a close look right up until closing day.

This is why I encourage all my buyers to walk every property before you get the keys. No surprises on my watch. 🔑🏡
