**Day 1,899 of being a real estate agent.**

When they show you the brochures for a career in real estate, they always feature sharp suits, luxury cars, and shiny keys. They usually leave out the part where you’re hauling a literal porcelain toilet to your listing on a Wednesday morning. 🚽💼
But that’s the reality of the hustle. "Staying ready" means doing whatever it takes to get a property across the finish line. I came straight off the night shift, got the kids sorted out, and immediately pivoted into plumbing fixture delivery mode.

It’s not always glamorous, and the fatigue is real, but this is how you build a business from the ground up. You do the unglamorous tasks with a smile, a massive cup of coffee, and the drive to get the job done right for your clients.

Here’s the deal on Muskegon County: we’re seeing a much-needed inventory jump—active listings are up 15% compared to last year! 📈

While the median sale price has climbed to $250,000 (up nearly 9%), homes are staying on the market a bit longer (average 41 days).
