Spent a beautiful day with my sister helping at a golf outing, and it turned into so much more than just a day on the course. 🏌️‍♀️💗

Looking for the perfect place to host your next celebration? Our private event venue, located in Montague, is available to rent through October! Please note that this venue is NOT located inside Colby’s Cafe & Brews—it is a separate event space just a short drive away, perfect for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, family gatherings, business meetings, and more.

Rental Rates
• $400 – Full Day (8:00 AM–11:00 PM)
• $250 – 4-Hour Rental (includes setup and teardown time)

Included with Your Rental
• Seating for up to 80 guests
• 10 – 60” round tables
• 2–4 – 6’ rectangular tables
• 2 high-top bistro tables
• Ovens available for reheating food
• Apartment-size refrigerator for keeping food and drinks cold
• Three-compartment sink for washing dishes
Guests are responsible for leaving the venue clean and in the same condition it was found.

Reservation Information
• A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your rental balance.
• The remaining rental balance, along with a $200 refundable security deposit, is due one week before your event.
• Your $200 security deposit will be returned in full as long as all rental guidelines are followed and the venue is left clean.

Take advantage of our delicious catering menu and receive 20% OFF your catering order when you rent the venue! You’re also welcome to bring in your own food if you prefer.
