Calm skies at this morning’s inspection. Couldn’t resist sending the drone up higher than normal to get a beautiful shot of Readington Township.

Not all flips are done poorly but if you’re buying a flipped house, you (and your inspector!) need to be extra scrupulous to ensure the quality worksmanship. Some corner cutting is obvious, as in this picture here where the plumbing vent flashing was installed ON TOP of the roof shingles instead of underneath 🤦🏻‍♂️, and other cases are less obvious. It’s critical to have an inspector with the right tools and experience to assess flipped properties and uncover things that may not have been done correctly.
