Another flip in the books! We turned this house into a beautiful home in Tyler by Lindsey Park! This house was built in 1982, is 4 bedrooms ( 2 Master bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, and is 3428 sq ft. The previous owner added on several years ago, so now there’s an extra master bedroom for that someone special in your life or possibly you could rent it out. It’s the perfect set up for both options, as the newer space is separate from the main living area.

Just like our other flips in the past, we have updated both the interior and exterior of this home. We installed a New roof, new windows, painted exterior, new mahogany front door, new landscape, new privacy fence, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, limewash FP, new fireplace mantle, refaced bathroom vanities, all new lighting, plumbing, and a wet bar with floating shelves. Hitting the market next week at $519k / $151 per sq ft.

Lastly, in the late fall or the beginning of 2025 we will start building spec homes. We were able to capture 2 separate half acre lots when we purchased this flip.
